Terms and conditions* for the Cumulus restaurant «Privilege Card»

For all purchases made at the Cumulus restaurant (before applicable taxes and gratuities) you will accumulate 10% in Privilege dollars. To activate your card, simply fill out the required information on our web site using the link on this page and as a thank you, you will get 5$ bonus Privilege dollars. 

  • Privilege dollars are redeemable at Cumulus restaurant for menu items excluding applicable taxes and gratuities. 
  • A minimum balance of 5 Privilege dollars must be available for each redemption transaction (minimum purchase of 5$) 
  • Privilege dollars are not redeemable for cash 
  • Redeemed Privilege dollars will not be reissued under any circumstances including dollars redeemed without cardholder’s authorization. 
  • The Privilege Card must be presented at the time of payment for the accumulation of Privilege dollars. Privilege dollars cannot be awarded after a payment transaction has been processed. 
  • Lost cards can be replaced by sending an e-mail at info@restaurantcumulus.com. Please make sure to enter the e-mail address given at account activation, along with your full name and the reason for your request. The outstanding Privilege dollar balance will be transferred to the replacement card. 
  • Transactions using the Privilege card cannot be reimbursed nor reversed - In the event in which the cardholder violate or attempt to fraud the terms and conditions above, the card can be cancelled and the fidelity dollars accumulated eliminated.
